We generate detailed statistics on incident resolution to ensure proper control and continuous process improvement.

The IT Solutions area also manages and administers databases to ensure their optimal performance and availability. This includes:

- Database tuning to ensure availability and peak performance at both the database and underlying operating system levels.
- RDBMS monitoring and optimization to supervise, optimize, and troubleshoot relational database management systems (RDBMS) in development, testing, and production environments, ensuring data is always accessible and functioning efficiently.
- Database integration projects to propose and execute integration projects for existing databases, analyzing functional requirements and characteristics to ensure system interoperability and efficiency.
